Technical instructions essentially remain the same – only a few changes or additions are made. The great thing about MEINRAD.cc’s translation memory tool is that we don’t have to go through the entire document telling them what has changed. The software does it for us. This tool alone helps us save 60 percent compared to other providers every year.

The customer portal also makes our work a lot easier. Large files can simply be uploaded by Drag & Drop, which is much easier than e-mailing them. We can specify what is to be translated, can look at previous projects and see how much they cost.
