TRANSaccess – a customer portal to meet your needs

As a customer, you will be given access to your own portal. This not only makes collaboration easier, it also gives you a number of significant benefits:

A round-the-clock overview of current and finished projects, prices and invoices
You will always have a complete overview of all current and finished projects, including progress on current jobs. Prices of individual projects as well as outstanding and paid invoices can also be viewed. Widgets allow you to set which other options you wish to see in your portal (such as statistics of translation jobs you have commissioned ordered by language).

Create your own quotes and projects
Projects you create in your portal will be handled by one of our project managers, who will contact you as soon as possible.

Easy access to translations
As soon as your translations are complete, you will receive an e-mail or text message letting you know that the files are available to be downloaded. The files will remain in the portal for 90 days, ready for you to download.

Direct contact with the project manager
You can use the portal to contact the project manager responsible for handling your project directly if you have questions or problems.

Customize your portal
You control which information you wish to see in the portal. This ensures that you can always see what matters to you.
